4. Payment Terms
To initiate a project, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% is due before the transfer of the website. Payments can be made through wire transfer or online payment methods.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. If you choose to cancel before the work begins, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations after work commencement (minimum of 3 days), a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, and the balance refunded. No refunds are applicable if the cancellation occurs after 12 days, and the full advance amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
