At Cyber Munk, we strive to provide exceptional website design and digital marketing services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise leading to the need for cancellation. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines governing cancellations and refunds to ensure a transparent and fair process for both parties.

1. Cancellation before Work Commences

If a client chooses to cancel a project before any work has commenced, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued. We value our clients’ decisions and respect the need for flexibility at this stage.

2. Cancellation after Work Commencement (Within 3 Days)

For cancellations made after work has commenced, but within the initial 3 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the advance payment will be charged. The remaining 50% will be promptly refunded to the client. This fee is intended to compensate for the time and resources invested in the project during its early stages.

3. Cancellation after 12 Days

If a cancellation occurs after 12 days of project initiation, no refunds will be provided. The full advance payment will be retained by Cyber Munk as a cancellation fee and compensation for the resources, time, and efforts allocated to the project.

4. Communication of Cancellation

Clients are required to communicate their decision to cancel in writing, either through email or a formal letter. The cancellation will be considered effective from the date the written communication is received by Cyber Munk.

5. Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within [X] business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Cyber Munk is not responsible for any delays caused by external financial institutions.

6. Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Work

If the client is unsatisfied with the work delivered within the 12-day period, we encourage open communication to address concerns and make necessary adjustments. In such cases, a refund may be considered based on the nature and extent of the issues raised.

7. Force Majeure

Cyber Munk is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or other force majeure events.

8. Amendments to the Policy

Cyber Munk reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
